My parcel stuck with Customs in India when I ordered from India

I ordered a few medicine from India to my home in Melbourne Australia and to my surprise I found out that it’s stuck with customs, and that too in India. I always thought that customs comes into the picture in the destination country, Australia in my case. Not sure why it would be stuck at Indian Customs. Tracking number is LP501350179IN.
Can someone help?

Sender had sent an office boy to the post office so on the receipt, it has his details.
His name is Padamjit Singh. His adhaaar card was also provided at the time of posting.

It would be great if the parcels can be released towards its journey towards Australia.
The box has a couple of medications, Alprazolam 0.5 mg and Zopiclone 3.75 as these are very expensive here.
