Are you serious? It's been 5 days and it's still in NTC Butibori, Nagpur. I don't understand why it's being delayed? And if it is— why do you people, who are responsible for important items in these parcels and mails, hold yourselves accountable and let the people know. I filed a complain and I still haven't gotten a response after 3 days. As I said before, I need my parcel quickly. Please don't take this lightly. I would appreciate any sort of clarity about where my parcel is and why it's being delayed and what's the latest I'll get it by.
