My parcel has been in NTC Butibori Nagpur for more than 4 days now. It was recieved on 3rd of July and ever since then there has not been any forward actions taken upon the item to be dispatched. I require the item urgently and paid a fairly good sum for it. The last time a parcel was sent from the same address to me, I had obtained it within just 5 days, hence, I am confused as to why it's on hold this time. I haven't had a bad experience from IPO until now and this is really testing my patience. Please dispatch my item and let it through so that I can get it as soon as possible.
