Is Indian Passport order only allowed to receive by owner ? Because postman in my area said that i will not give it to the family member and only the person who applied for it must be present.Also,he told me to receive it directly from the post office nearby as I'm not available for it on Monday to Friday due to My work time.Is it open on Saturday and what is opening and closing time can you tell me on my contact number i mentioned above i.e (9284254209)
