My parcel has been stuck at the same location for the last 3 days and the tracking status keeps showing "Item Invoiced". I also receive SMS saying "Out for Delivery", but this status does not appear in the tracking updates.
Later in the evening, the status changes to "Item on Hold", "Door Locked", and "Kept in Deposit". Same status repeated for 3 days .This is confusing because we have already received two parcels earlier at the same address without any problem.
The parcel is only about 4 km away from the destination but it has not been delivered yet.
