I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a Speed Post parcel that was returned without any prior intimation to me. I was neither contacted nor informed about any delivery attempt, yet the parcel was marked as undelivered and returned.
Additionally, the return destination shown is incorrect. It indicates a location in Pune, whereas the sender actually resides in Dadar. This discrepancy is extremely concerning and has caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment.
The parcel contains valuable and expensive items. Returning it without proper delivery attempts or communication reflects serious negligence in handling the shipment. I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that the correct status and location of my parcel be provided to me as soon as possible.
If the parcel is lost or damaged due to this mishandling, I will be compelled to pursue formal legal action and seek compensation for the loss.
