I've booked two articles from coimbatore to jaipur but the first article booked on 5 march 2026 showing item bagged at Coimbatore NSH since 4 days and no information about it. Whereas the second parcel booked with this on 6th March 2026 was reached to Jaipur yesterday by no postman came to my house and I'm all time there and marked delivery unsuccessful door locked what the hell is this very bad service.
Kindly tell me what should I do? And why my first parcel's tracking is not updating
