I would like to raise a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my Speed Post article. It has been several days since dispatch, but the consignment has still not been delivered.
Despite checking the tracking status multiple times, there has been no proper update or clear information. This delay is causing inconvenience and concern. It feels like the matter is not being handled seriously.
I request the concerned department to kindly look into this issue immediately and provide a clear update on the current status of my Speed Post. If there is any problem, please inform me at the earliest.
