I booked Speed Post article EP878598929IN on 24/01/2026 at 12:28 PM from Malout S.O. (152107) to Canada. The parcel contained perishable food/eating items worth Rupees 9038. Due to an approx. 8 days delay in delivery, the food items got spoiled and became unusable, causing financial loss and inconvenience. Speed Post is a premium service, but this delay was unacceptable. Kindly investigate the reason for delay, provide a written explanation, and refund the Speed Post charges. Also request compensation for spoiled items as per rules and ensure timely delivery in future
