I booked an article against above ID was for delivery at PIN code 788710 which is in Assam. The booking clerk wrongly entered it as 560068 which is in Bengaluru, Karnataka. I pointed out the mistake but don't know whether it was corrected or not. Because the tracking details and the "Map View" are still showing the destination location as Bengaluru. However, as per the "List View" of Tracking details, the article is moving towards Assam. So, the overall details are really very confusing.
Efforts and money spent for developing such software is inaccurate and confusing. Needs to be corrected.
Also, I want to know how the actual movement of articles and barcode based tracking work.
