I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding my postal article with tracking number JI199987315IN.
As per the tracking status, the article is shown as “Delivered” since last day 22 Dec. However, I have not received the post yet. I have checked with family members/neighbours as well, but the article has not been delivered to me.
