I tracked my shipment, and it is on the same shipment centre which is in Kolkata transhipment centre for consecutively 5 days already. I am from Dimapur, Nagaland and it's already been delaying too much. It has to reach Dimapur but why is my tracker showing it to be in Kolkata transhipment centre and it's already for 5 days , what is my parcel doing there for such a long time. Please consider my problem here and check what is wrong. An assurance call or an update would be helpful.
