I booked a parcel at Palam Vihar S O Gurgaon, Haryana and the delivery location was Manuu SO with pincode as 500032. My status shows parcel was received at Hyderabad NSH on 17/10/2025 and since then the status is same till today. My querry is when my parcel will be delivered to my desired destination. AND to whom I shall contact to know the reason of delay and expected date of delivery of my parcel at the proper destination.
