I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of my Speed Post, which was committed to arrive within 4–7 days. The document, containing my Passport, was dispatched on 7th Oct 2025 from KGP IIT (PIN 721302), reached NTC Butibori, Nagpur on 12th Oct, but has not yet reached Mumbai GPO (PIN 400001). I’m unable to file the complaint online. This delay has caused serious inconvenience in my life
