An important document was sent from Chennai to Karimganj on 22nd September by the Axis Bank. But what’s surprising is that even today, on 7th October, it has not yet arrived. While tracking, I found that the document had already reached Karimganj on 27th September. However, I noticed that for the past 10 days, it has been continuously moving back and forth between Silchar and Karimganj post offices.
I always knew that the Speed Post service was quite poor, but I never imagined it could be this irresponsible. Personally, I would never have preferred Speed Post, but since it was sent by the bank through Speed Post, there’s nothing I can do except suffer.
Now, I have no idea how this problem will be resolved. I sincerely draw the attention of the higher authorities to this matter.
