This is to lodge a serious complaint regarding the undelivered consignment that was dispatched on 23/08/2025 and, shockingly, has still not been delivered as of 29/08/2025. Such an unreasonable delay is unacceptable.
Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Ajay Kumar ( 6000320736) have failed , as he has not responded and has even blocked communication . This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the reliability of your service.
This consignment is extremely urgent, and I demand immediate delivery without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to higher authorities and take further necessary action.
