I had posted Rakhi to my brother on 28th of July to Australia via speed post hoping it would reach him on time.(Post office officials assured the same)Today is Rakshabandhan and my rakhi hasn't reached him. It makes my heart ache and I'm really disappointed with the poor service of Indian post.
